Organization created in 1986 dedicated to the receptive tourism of the city of New York and the northeast of the United States. Excursions, transfers, vans, buses, limousines, private services, groups and incentives.
We have an agile system of immediate response reservations and a great staff that will serve your customers and friends in your language.
Our passenger service has modern vehicles and guides licensed by the city of New York, as well as our telephone lines active 24 hours a day.
Our objective is to provide an efficient and timely service and great comfort to our customers.

General conditions

A) All excursions and services must be reconfirmed the day before by any schedule changes or unforeseen situations.
They can do so via e-mail or our toll free number from a public booth.

B) All tours start from only two in the city center previously marked by our coordinators hotels.
The guide will reach every hotel list to contact the passenger names with which the reservation was made.

C) All of our tours and services are in Spanish.
The excursions will be shared with other passengers in service obviously be done in private if the passenger requires prior reservation and assuming a different cost for this exclusivity.

D) All tours must be paid in cash to the guide. (Cards add 4%)

E) The tour booking requires a deposit.

F) All excursions are made on vehicles with passenger capacity of 11 or 25 passengers minibuses. In some special and depending on the season (eg Easter) sometimes we can get to use coaches with higher capacity.
We always prefer compact groups but we can not guarantee which one will be used.
Anyway it's one or the other, the same route and stops corresponding ago.
Here is also a reason of tastes, some passengers prefer compact cars and more sightseeing buses with greater visibility.
